About us.

International Youth MUN is one of the ONLY free, international Model UN platforms dedicated to youth and the next generation of global leaders. IYMUN will always be accessible, inclusive and entirely free for all youth across the world.

Led by youth, for youth, we foster a supportive environment where participants can connect with like-minded peers, learn from global experts and make an impact. We take pride in our exceptional team of organisers and participants representing over 30 countries, including South Korea, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, India, Australia, Germany and Argentina. We have made 10,000+ online impressions through social media platforms and welcomed 110+ registrations so far, with many more to come!

Our commitment goes beyond conferences. Throughout the year, International Youth MUN organises MUN 101 sessions, leadership workshops, career webinars and collaborative projects that connect delegates with academic institutions. We have been fortunate enough to connect with multiple international schooling institutions, Merit MUN 2025, the Global MUN Network (GMN) and the Belgium Model UN Society for university students studying International Affairs.

We provide all these opportunities free of charge, while encouraging voluntary contributions to UN programs aligned with our agendas.

Our goals.

We hope to democratise Model United Nations through achieving the following in conferences:

Tackle pressing global issues selected by the IYMUN Secretariat through dynamic and thought-provoking discussions.
Work with fellow delegates to draft impactful resolutions.
Share and present your committee’s solutions with all delegates in the General Assembly.
Gain insights from international policy experts, diplomats and professors from all across the world.
Engaging social events with other delegates
